How to Push Yourself to Grow Without Being Too Hard On Yourself
Being someone with a Type A personality who struggles with depression isn’t easy. There is a constant battle going on between your emotions and logical side.
You wonder how hard you can be on yourself before you break down mentally. But you also aren’t sure how to not be so easy on yourself that you don’t get anything done.
Where’s the sweet spot in the middle where you push yourself just enough that you can reach your goals, but not so hard that you begin to fall?
