I am in the same boat with 2 kids and a full time job as well! I find that writing even when I don’t feel like it at first almost always results in me enjoying it when I get further into it, and at the end when I hit publish I’m glad I did. I guess you could say anything in life is the same way! And you’re so right about all the positive returns from writing, it’s been amazing to me to recently come across many studies and articles outlining some of those benefits!
